The "Upgrade" is really a new belt (size 29 Buna O-ring) and the aluminium feedneck.

The belt isn't needed for all loaders. We just had a batch where the belts were stretching and a little oversize. In testing we found the tighter size 29 belt peformed better anyway so we are switching them all to that. In fact most recent production, even before the "upgrade" was announced was already using the new belt.

The only reason you might need the belt is if performance is poor and the loader seems to be having trouble feeding consistency and quickly even though everything else seems to be good.

The aluminium feedneck is really just to reduce the issues caused by people overtightening clamping feednecks and crushing the shells.

I know we were providing belts via paintball solutions, and to dealers/stores. I don't know if we were doing the same with the feednecks or not.

If in doubt send (or call is even better) and be polite to the guys that answer explaining your situation. They may ask for proof of purchase and if you can do that they are usually very helpful. Even if you can't but you are nice and polite they are usually very helpful anyway.

We always go above and beyond at big events too.

I'm currently in the UK, but if you haven't been helped by the time I am back in the USA and have returned from the HB event I will see what I can do for you. :)

Paintball Solutions is the tech and customer services division of KEE and does all of the support for all of the products/brands under KEE's Umbrella. So in short. Yes. :D

It's much better, faster, and just easier in general to call.

For reballs... personal I put the speed down pretty low (2 on the LTD), and if you have them..add as many magnets as you have to the drive cone.
