I still have three silencers in the UK that I couldn't risk bringing into the USA with all my stuff.

I have a huge collection of old magazines (some that WDP borrowed for their lawsuit and that I never got back :( ) They are the only mags I don't throw out.

I'd love to have them all online some day. The old ways were so much fun. :)

Same here mate, I have PGi's going back to issue 2 and some other long forgotten mags like Paintball Adventures et al. These are just the pics I have on the hard drive but one rainy day I'll sit down and burn out my scanner, just thought the chaps here might appreciate a look back (sniff).

I can't believe anyone played with goggles that just covered the eyes. During a night game once, when I thought nobody was around, I lifted my goggles up to get a quick shot of fresh air.
Not half a second after that, I got shot right in the jaw. That was the last time I made that mistake!

Those early hoppers are interesting. They just look like PVC pipe. Can someone tell me what kind of marker they're using 4 pics down in post #6?

The early hoppers were just that. Pieces of drain pipe. That's actually when I started making my own equipment. One reason was because my shitty, but expensive, drain pipe hopper broke.

The "Aircraft carrier' guns were Golden Eagles. It's a Brass Eagle blow back semi auto.

I remember those days of Nelspots and yea we used shop goggles and you were told, "just try not to aim at the head." :)

When you went to buy paint, you bought it in 10 round tubes, lol. No one ever gave any thought to buying a "case" of paint...good Lord who would ever use that much right?

I remember not being able to sleep at night I wanted a Golden Eagle so much. I went through all the magazines of the time bookmarking pictures of people shooting Golden Eagles. :)

If you all notice most of the pics of the simiautos are Automags. Probably the only one of those markers that still lives on to this day in a current generation (still available as the RT Pro form AGD directly)

At the time it was the only Semi I had any chance of being able to afford. :)

You can't buy WGP Autocockers new anymore. JT got out of them before KEE bought JT. You can still buy some versions of it from other companies though. Either made totally in house, or from the parts JT sold off.

Jack if you know of a nice Eclipse cocker, in preferably muted colours, going for a fair price let me know. I want one for playing in the woods. :)
