Thread: RTR Gargoyle

    RTR Gargoyle

Once again, I've modeled the entire gun in Solidworks. The frame, however, was outside the abilities of my very complicated measuring devices ($20 calipers [they've passed the +/- .0005" cert twice, though!]), so it's merely by sight only.

For those that don't know, a Gargoyle is the flagship marker from Remember The Ronin (remembertheronin.com). It's a nelson variant that shares all operating parts with the Phantom. It's a work of art, but still holds function over form. The internals are easily removed from the gun via the breech section lifting off after the feed tube is unscrewed from the body.

Note that the feed tube threads are the same as a cocker barrel, 11/16 x 20, IIRC.

For now, the only location of the files is this link at Megaupload: http://www.megaupload.com/?d=EKW0GM7N
Integrity is doing what is right, even when the ref isn't looking.

I want to get my hands on one to fiddle with... absolutely gorgeous marker...

I'm planning on using the trigger group for my new phantom build, sliding trigger FTMFW! Might also go with the valve body depending on the rest of my build.

Oh yea... I don't have a current version of Solidworks - can you tell me the angle of the trigger guard where the vertical adapter attaches, along with the height and spacing/size of the holes?

going to have an undercocking kit fabbed locally.
